Modern Aminos Shipping Policy
At Modern Aminos, we work to ship orders quickly and provide a reliable delivery experience for the research community. The information below outlines how our shipping process works.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same business day when placed before our daily shipping cutoff. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number so you can follow the shipment directly through the carrier.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options through FedEx:
- FedEx 2Day
- FedEx Priority Overnight
These services are designed to provide fast delivery once packages are in transit. However, delivery timing may vary depending on factors such as order time, weekends, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier operations.
Please note that FedEx typically does not deliver on weekends, which may extend transit time for orders shipped later in the week.
Carrier Responsibility
Once a package leaves our facility and is accepted by FedEx, the shipment is handled by the carrier. While we ensure orders are packed and shipped promptly, delivery timing and transit updates are ultimately managed by FedEx.
Tracking & Shipping Delays
If your tracking information has not updated for five consecutive days, please contact our support team. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier to determine the best resolution.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery area, mailbox, and with neighbors or building management.
Carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly before the final drop-off, so we recommend allowing up to 24 hours for the package to arrive.
If you still cannot locate your package after this time, please contact our support team and we will help investigate the situation.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Modern Aminos is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update it before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been processed or handed off to the carrier.
Refunds & Resolutions
While we work hard to ensure every order arrives successfully, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays or delivery issues.
Because these situations are outside our direct control, we generally do not offer refunds for shipping issues caused by third-party carriers.
However, we are committed to helping resolve shipping problems whenever possible. Depending on the situation, our team may offer solutions such as:
- Reshipments
- Store credit
- Discounts for future orders
